These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and pk86. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any pk86 service. Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement. By creating a pk86 account or continuing to use the pk86 platform after any update to these terms, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or continue to use pk86 services.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the pk86 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full, together with pk86's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk86 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, note that corporate accounts are not permitted on pk86 — all Accounts must be registered in the name of a natural person who meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
2.4 pk86 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of pk86 following publication of modified terms constitutes acceptance of the modified version. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Minimum Age: The pk86 Platform is strictly available to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. No person under the age of 21 may register an Account, make a deposit, or place a wager on pk86 under any circumstances.
3.2 Mandatory KYC: All Accounts are subject to mandatory identity and age verification (KYC). pk86 will request submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document — including a valid Pakistani CNIC — prior to processing any withdrawal request. pk86 may also conduct KYC verification at any point during the lifecycle of an Account.
3.3 Age Verification Enforcement: Where pk86's KYC review determines that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made during the period of underage use will be returned to the depositing payment method, minus any bonuses credited. No winnings accumulated during underage use are payable. pk86 takes no responsibility for damages arising from underage access where the User provided false information during registration.
3.4 Single Account Rule: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pk86. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all Accounts held by that person, with forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 Geographic Eligibility: pk86 is primarily targeted at and marketed to users in Pakistan. Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions, including jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, may not register or use pk86 services. pk86 reserves the right to verify the geographic location of Users and to restrict access accordingly.
21+ Enforcement: pk86 operates under an international gaming license that imposes mandatory age verification obligations. Attempts to circumvent age verification are a violation of these Terms and applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing gambling services.
4.1 Registration Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk86 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
4.3 Unauthorised Access: You must notify pk86 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. pk86 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to notify pk86 promptly.
4.4 Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant any rights in or to your Account to any third party. Any attempt to do so voids the Account and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: pk86 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk86 does not apply currency conversion charges.
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit to the same Account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the Account holder's name. pk86 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 KYC Prior to Withdrawal: Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved. Processing times vary but pk86 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 30 minutes during business hours.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing: pk86 targets processing of e-wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. pk86 does not guarantee specific processing times for bank transfers but endeavours to submit payment instructions promptly.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering: pk86 is obligated under its international gaming license to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. pk86 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information from any User where required for AML compliance purposes, and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending completion of such checks. Funds believed to be of unlawful origin will be reported to relevant authorities.

6.1 General Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available on pk86 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. These Terms provide the general framework applicable to all promotions. Where any specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using the Real Money Balance first where both balances are active, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at rates less than 100%. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the bonus terms. Slots typically contribute at 100% unless specified otherwise.
6.4 Bonus Abuse: pk86 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of software errors to inflate bonus balances, structured betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk at pk86's expense, and use of third-party tools or collaborative play to circumvent promotion mechanics. Detection of any form of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
6.5 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and any associated pending wagering requirements are cancelled upon expiry without notice and without compensation.
6.6 Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new pk86 Accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and game contribution rules as stated in the current welcome bonus offer terms.
7.1 Game Rules: Each game available on the pk86 Platform is governed by specific game rules that are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any ambiguity, the game rules as implemented in the software take precedence over any other description.
7.2 Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on pk86 — including slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use a cryptographically secure Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The RNG cannot be influenced or predicted by pk86, by any User, or by any third party. Game outcomes are statistically random.
7.3 Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for slot games and RNG table games represent the theoretical long-term statistical return to players. Actual returns for any individual session will vary significantly from the published RTP. RTP figures are not a guarantee of any specific return within any session, day, month, or other period.
7.4 Live Casino: Live dealer games on pk86 are operated by professional dealers in a real studio environment. Live games are not subject to RNG — outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice). Video feeds are broadcast in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets already placed and confirmed will stand and be settled in accordance with the game outcome. Incomplete rounds due to technical failure on pk86's side will be voided and stakes returned.
7.5 Sportsbook: Cricket, football, UFC, and other sports betting markets on pk86 are settled in accordance with published sportsbook rules. In-play bets are accepted at pk86's discretion. pk86 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome was already determined, or where a manifest odds error occurred. PSL and other cricket markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board.
7.6 Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or obvious pricing error, pk86 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. pk86 is not liable to pay winnings arising from a game malfunction or manifest error, regardless of whether stakes were accepted and recorded by the system.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk86 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: pk86 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, underage access, and multi-accounting. All suspicious activity is reviewed and reported in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
9.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the pk86 Platform — including but not limited to the pk86 name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to pk86. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in pk86's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as an individual end user.
9.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pk86 content without prior written permission from pk86. Screen capture, recording, or redistribution of live casino content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of both pk86's intellectual property rights and those of third-party game providers.
9.3 Game content available on pk86 is provided by third-party software providers under licence. Those providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. Your use of those games is subject to the end-user terms of those providers in addition to pk86's own Terms.
10.1 Platform Availability: pk86 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party infrastructure issues, and events beyond pk86's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pk86 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, including losses resulting from an inability to place or settle bets during a period of unavailability.
10.2 Gambling Losses: pk86 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Users in the course of lawful use of the Platform. All bets placed on pk86 carry inherent financial risk. Users accept full responsibility for their betting decisions. pk86 provides responsible gaming tools to help Users manage their play, but ultimate responsibility for gambling activity rests with the User.
10.3 Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk86 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.4 Cap on Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk86's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Third-Party Services: pk86 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game software providers, internet service providers, or any other third party whose services are used in connection with the Platform.
11.1 pk86 is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with the responsible gaming requirements of its international gaming license. As a condition of holding that license, pk86 maintains and makes available the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within any authenticated pk86 Account:
11.2 Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use self-exclusion tools and to seek support from independent problem gambling organisations. pk86 support staff are trained to refer Users to appropriate support resources.
11.3 pk86 prohibits the extension of credit to Users for gambling purposes. All deposits must come from funds belonging to and controlled by the registered Account holder.

12.1 pk86 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk86 determines in its reasonable judgement that:
12.2 Effect of Termination: Upon Account termination, pk86 will review the Account and determine, in its sole discretion, whether any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account is payable. Balances arising from legitimate play and compliant with these Terms will be returned to a verified payment method. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances are not payable upon termination for cause.
12.3 User-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk86 support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure, minus pending bonus liabilities, will be returned following completion of KYC verification if not already complete.
13.1 pk86's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the pk86 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 pk86 collects and processes personal data — including identity documents submitted during KYC, transaction records, device data, and gameplay history — for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. pk86 does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
13.3 By registering an Account, you consent to pk86 sharing necessary personal and financial information with relevant regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and game software providers, to the extent required for the lawful operation of the Platform and compliance with pk86's license conditions.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of pk86's services — including bet settlement, payment processing, or Account management — you should first contact pk86 support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint and any relevant supporting information. pk86 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve standard complaints within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with pk86's response to your complaint after the internal complaints procedure has been exhausted, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pk86's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from pk86 support upon request.
14.3 Good Faith: Both parties commit to engaging in good faith in any dispute resolution process. Users must provide accurate and complete information when raising complaints, and pk86 commits to investigating complaints fairly and transparently.
14.4 Bet Dispute Timeframe: Any dispute relating to the settlement of a bet, casino game outcome, or live casino round must be raised with pk86 support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. pk86 will not entertain disputes raised outside this period save in exceptional circumstances at pk86's sole discretion.
15.1 pk86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, changes in pk86's product offering, or any other operational or legal reason.
15.2 Where an amendment materially affects Users' rights or obligations, pk86 will endeavour to provide advance notice of the change, either by email to registered Account holders or by prominent notice on the Platform. Where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation, changes may take effect without advance notice.
15.3 The current version of these Terms is always the version published on the pk86 Platform. The version date is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 12.3.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk86 holds its international gaming license.
16.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pk86's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, except where escalation to an approved alternative dispute resolution body is available as described in Section 14.
16.3 Nothing in this clause limits or restricts any statutory rights that a consumer User may have under applicable law in their country of residence that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

17.2 When contacting pk86 support regarding an Account matter, please have your registered email address or mobile number available for verification purposes. For Account recovery or KYC-related queries, your CNIC number will be required to verify your identity.

Be aware of phishing attempts — pk86 will never contact you via unofficial channels asking for your password, CNIC, or payment credentials.
